Material Fusion

After a semester of using plywood for various smaller projects, I was tasked with making a seat from ply and a second material, chosen at random. I was partnered with someone using bronze, so that’s what we went with.

The plywood portion was kerf bent to achieve the effect on the sides, and the inside of the seat was coated with plates of bronze by my project partner.
